GoboMan.com"s advice on 10 things to think about before you buy a Gobo Projector.
There are a few important things to consider before you buy a Gobo Projector. here are a few in no certain order.
1. How big of an image do you want to project, and can that fixture do it, and still be bright enough to show up?
2. Is the lamp included, or a extra cost?
3. Are there any other parts I will need to project a gobo, like a Gobo holder.
4. Does the light accept glass and metal gobos?
5. Do I need tools to change gobos?
5. Are there stock non custom gobos available for this unit?
6. Do the gobos rotate?
7. What are the mounting options?
8.Does this unit run stand alone mode, or does it need to run from a control board?
9. Is there a duty cycle, or can the unit be on all the time?
10. How long does the bulb last?
Just a few things to think about before you buy.
